Sofosbuvir and Velpatasvir Tablets are a fixed-dose antiviral combination used for the treatment of chronic Hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection. This combination is classified as a direct-acting antiviral (DAA) regimen and is effective against all major HCV genotypes (1–6). The product is designed to inhibit viral replication, reduce viral load, and support complete viral clearance from the body.
Each tablet contains Sofosbuvir, an NS5B polymerase inhibitor, and Velpatasvir, an NS5A inhibitor. Together, they work synergistically to stop the virus from multiplying and spreading, helping restore liver health and preventing long-term complications such as fibrosis, cirrhosis, and liver failure.
